According to the characteristics to distinguish there are elastic ribbon and rigid ribbon.Some clothing,shoe bag manufacturer apply silicone ink prints on ribbons to make their products more beautiful attractive,according to market demands,we develop a special XG-130 series silicone ink for printing elastic ribbon.
Main material:
Suede puff silicone,Suede puff silicone catalyst,Pigment,Thinner.
Application:elastic ribbon,swimming clothing,sport clothing,shoe,bag,etc.
Making process:
First,Use XG-130D-3 suede puff silicone with 10% XG-130B-1 catalyst,20% thinner mixed together to print ribbon 3 times.
Second,Use XG-130D-3 suede puff silicone with 10% XG-130B-1 catalyst,15% XG-302 red pigment,20% thinner to print ribbon 4 times.
Third,bake silicone ink to dry by table dryer 150℃,10 seconds,or baked by sealed oven 130℃,3-5 minutes.
