Brush effect silicone ink silkscreen printing
Brush effect silicone ink printing,as the name,to make pattern,word or logo printed on fabric looks like a tooth brush,show like picture.
To make this printing technique,we need to use one puff silicone,which could become foaming after printed on fabric in a few minute.
The printing process:
The first silkscreen board
1）Use ribbon puff silicone XG-130D-3 with 10% XG-130DB-1 catalyst print 2 times.
2）Use ribbon puff silicone XG-130D-3 with 10% XG-501 black pigment print 2 times.
3）Use natural drying round silicone XG-20S-1 with 10% XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst,10% Iridescence powder print 2 times.
The second silkscreen board
4）Use crossing linker XG-360Z-3 and 5% XG-360ZB agent to print once(round point).
5）Use natural drying round silicone XG-20S-1 with 10% XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst,10% XG-203 yellow pigment,30% XG-128AH print 10 times.
6）Use natural drying round silicone XG-20S-1 with 10% XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst,10% XG-302 red pigment,30% XG-128AH print 10 times.
7）Use natural drying round silicone XG-20S-1 with 10% XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst,10% XG-408 blue pigment,30% XG-128AH print 2 times.
