Process
Step1:Printing hot melt adhesive
Hot melt glue: XG-360R-2
Printing 4–6 times.
Step2: Printing crossing linking
Crossing linking: XG-360Z-3X
Catalyst: XG-866B-2 2%
Printing 2–3 times.
Step3:Printing transfer silicone
Base siicone XG-866A-2Y or XG-866A-2Y 50% +XG-866AH 50%
Catalyst: XG-866B-2 10%
Thinner: XG-128AH 5-20%
Pigment paste: XG-501 10-20%
Number of prints depends on the thickness of the sample.
Step4: Printing glossy silicone
Glossy silicone: XG-399-3
Catalyst: XG-866B-2
print 2–3 layers.
After printing, place the product in a sealed oven at 100–120°C for 30–40 minutes.
For Positive Heat Transfer Glossy Silicone, set temperature at 150°C for 15 seconds.
