The amount of silicone catalyst should be controlled at 2% to 10% as much as possible.Silicone catalyst make the silicone to be completely cured.Slow dry catalyst is suitable for machine printing,hot weather and summer.Mixing with fast dry catalyst to get mid dry time, mixing ratio 2%. The working time can be adjusted by operating temperature,catalyst mixing ratio and retarder. Different silicone inks use different silicone catalysts.
