How to use skin feel matte silicone ink?
1: Printing on shoes rope dipping
After the rope is soaked well,sock just one time evenly with 866M-6 skin feel matte silicone ink and 4% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst. After the surface dry and let it natural dry in 24 hours, then bake 20-30 minutes with low temp 80°C,after all finished, do washing test.
2: screen printing for cloth surface coating
After screen printing silicone inks for the cloth,Print 1-2 layers with 866M-6 skin feel matte silicone ink and 3% 866B-1slow dry catalyst or 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.(What catalyst to use depends on machine screen printing or manual screen printing.), after screen printing, bake 20 minutes with 80°C or 120°C, or you can also let is natural dry in 24 hours. Then do washing test.
