Four-Color Puff glossy silicone Ink is a multi-layer silicone printing system designed to create a three-dimensional puff effect with rich color separation and strong visual impact. Through a precise combination of base coating, puff layers, heat activation, color overlay, and special-effect top coatings, this system delivers excellent elasticity, rebound performance, and long-lasting durability.
This process is especially suitable for fashion garments and functional textiles where raised texture, vivid color contrast, and premium hand feel are required. The puff structure provides depth and volume, while the final surface remains flexible, soft, and resistant to washing and wear.

Step 1: Base Layer Printing
The base layer ensures strong adhesion and a stable foundation for puff.
Silicone Ink: XG-180A-1
Catalyst: XG-180B-1 (10%)
Screen: Full-area base screen
Printing Times: 1 pass
This layer improves bonding with the fabric and supports uniform foaming in later stages.
Step 2: Puff Layer Printing
The main puff structure is built through repeated screen printing.
Silicone Ink: XG-866A-CRT
Catalyst:XG-866B-2 (3%)
Printing Method:Puff screen printing
Printing Times:4–5 passes
Multiple passes ensure sufficient ink thickness to achieve a clear and stable foaming height.
Step 3: Heat Press Puff Activation
Temperature:180°C
Time:40 seconds
Pressing Times:1 time
This heat press step activates the foaming reaction, creating a raised and elastic structure.
Step 4: White Cover Layer Printing
A white layer is applied to enhance brightness and color accuracy.

This layer improves color coverage and provides a clean base for the four-color printing.
Step 5: Four-Color Printing

Each color contributes to sharp details, strong contrast, and rich visual depth.
Step 6: Special Effect Printing (Chameleon Effect)

Printing Times:1 pass
This layer adds a dynamic color-shifting effect, enhancing the premium appearance.
Step 7: Surface Leveling & Pull Printing

Printing Times:2 passes
Technique:Flat printing with one pull stroke
This step smooths the surface and balances gloss while maintaining the puff texture.
Step 8: Final Baking
Temperature:100°C
Time: 30 minutes
Final baking ensures full curing, improving wash resistance, durability, and overall stability of the puff silicone print.
Thinner Adjustment
For all steps in the four-color puff glossy silicone Ink system, thinner can be added according to actual production conditions such as mesh count, fabric elasticity, ink thickness, and printing environment to achieve optimal printing performance.
