The process combines vacuum degassing, heat-assisted transfer, and precise positioning, resulting in smooth, bubble-free textures that maintain the elasticity and comfort of the base material. In-Mold Transfer Process
Step 1: Vacuum Degassing and Casting
Materials: XG-360W-1 + XG-360B-1 (10:1 ratio)
Optional: pigment paste or thinner if required
Method: Mix the silicone thoroughly, then place it in a vacuum machine to remove trapped air. Once degassed, pour carefully into the mold to prevent bubbles.
Step 2: Hot-Melt Film Application
Cover the mold with a hot-melt transfer film
Place in the heating machine for pre-transfer heating
Step 3: Thick Positioning Paper
Apply thick positioning paper for stable alignment
Step 4: Thin Positioning Paper
Apply thin positioning paper for precise detail transfer
Step 5: Heat Pressing
Machine Settings: 170°C for 20 seconds
Result: Silicone fully transfers the design with accurate textures and patterns
