The formula of chameleon silicone based ink
Add 10-20% chameleon material to the mixed liquid silicone, in which the liquid silicone contains vinyl silicone oil, silicon dioxide, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, platinum catalyst, diluent, etc., the general packaging is 100:2, the latter 1:1, such as vinyl silicone oil, silicon dioxide, hydrogen-containing silicone oil as A component, platinum catalyst as B component, AB component is mixed according to the ratio of 100:2, in the screen printing, according to the mesh number of the screen plate, the appropriate amount of diluent is added for dilution, and then the silicon ink is printed on the surface of the clothing, after baking by the countertop dryer, the liquid chameleon silicon ink is cured into a film attached to the surface of the clothing.
