Liquid silicone for shoes upper printing
Liquid silicone is a kind of viscous fluid colloid, which consists of two kinds of polysiloxane translucent liquid with different chemical properties. It is catalyzed by platinum chemical compound at room temperature and heating conditions through hydrosilication reaction, then cross-link and cure to be elastomer. Based on this chemical reaction in the colloid to add silicone oil, color powder, we call it silicone ink, the silicone ink through screen printing in the upper (especially shoe upper), printed into a very artistic flower pattern and brand logo.
How to screen print silicone ink onto the upper material?
Screen printing silicone ink to the upper, there are two ways manual printing and machine printing.
(1) Under coating: For ordinary fabrics,you can directly use silicone and curing agent to print. For the treated fabric, you can use coupling agent to print first,then printing silicone and curing agent
(2) Printing color: after under coating ,print silicone and curing agent, color paste for color adjustment, thickness and color according to the effect
(3) Cover: glossy surface silicone or matte surface silicone with curing agent printing to achieve bright surface and dumb surface effect
(4) After processing: finish vamp printing, 100℃ bake about 20 minutes, depending on the degree of vamp temperature resistance
