Taking deacetic acid type single component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber as an example, the basic polymer can use dihydroxy-dimethylsiloxane with various viscosity; The crosslinking agent can use methyltriacyloxosiloxane, the by-product of the reaction is AcOH(acetic acid), the use of this crosslinking agent has the advantages of fast vulcanization, high strength, good adhesion, high transparency, the disadvantage is that there is acetic acid taste, corrosive to metal. The catalyst can be tin compound and titanium compound. The fillers are mostly vapor-phase white carbon black and precipitated white carbon black. After the above materials are mixed evenly, then packaged, sealed and stored, the rubber material is extruded when used, contact with atmospheric moisture, condensation reaction can occur, and cross-linked to become an elastomer.
