How to shoe upper silicone ink printing?
Preparation before shoe upper silicone ink screen printing:
Mesh: 100-120mesh(40T-48T)
Squeegee: 65-75 degree
Pigment adding ratio: for white and fluorescent color,add 20%;for other colors,add 10%
Silicone inks needed:XG-360Z-3 crossing linker for fastness base coating,XG-AH-1 high density silicone ink,XG-20S-2 round silicone ink,XG-399-2 glossy silicone ink,XG-866M-6 skin feel silicone ink,gold glitter powder
Catalyst needed:XG-360ZB crossing linker catalyst,adding ratio 5%;XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst,adding ration 10%;XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst,adding ratio 2%;gold glitter powder,adding ratio 10%.
The process of printing silicone inks on sports shoe vamp upper
1,Print 1 layer with XG360Z-3 crossing linker and 5% XG-360ZB crossing linker catalyst.
2,Bake the surface dry,flash dry temperature 60-80 degree.
3,Print to a certain thickness with XG-AH-1 high density silicone and 10% XG-20S-1MB slow dry catalyst.
4,Flash baking the surface dry after each time HD printing,then to print next layer.
5,Print 2 times with XG-20s-2 round silicone,10% 20s-1MB slow dry catalyst and 10% pigment.
6,After color printing, need to flash bake the surface dry
7,Put gold glitter powder or green glitter powder to round silicone,add 10%XG-20S-1MB catalyst,print 2 layers.
8,Flash dry the surface
9,Print 2 layers with XG-399-2 glossy silicone and 10% XG-20S-MB slow dry catalyst.
10,Print 1 or2 times with XG-866M-6 skin feel silicone and 2% XG866B-2 catalyst.
