Flocking silicone ink screen printing
Flocking silicone ink screen printing is a new printing technology suitable for many kinds of material.it has very soft hand feeling and very strong washing fastness.
Today we gonna show you how to print flocking silicone ink on fabric.
Step 1,we have to print certain thickness crossing linker XG-360Z-1 and crossing linker agent XG-360ZB as under coating,it’s mixture ratio 10:1.
Step 2， Size mixing,flocking silicone XG-2000A,flocking silicone XG-2000B,Flocking silicone catalyst XG2000C,the mixture ratio 100:10:3,then screen print 3-4 times.
Step 3,the most important step,use flocking machine spray fluff powder to the surface of silicone ink.
Step 4,Bake the surface to dry in 130℃/5 minutes.
Step 5,Clear the surface of printing.
