Step 1: Screen Printing the Base Layer
Use a 100–120 mesh screen.
Confirm the embossing mold area and mark the printing range on the fabric.
Print one layer of Embossed Silicone using the mixing ratio:
XG-360KY-65 : XG-360B-1 = 10 : 1.
Make sure the printed area matches the mold size for accurate Embossed Silicone formation.
Step 2: Heat Pressing to Create the Effect
Place the printed fabric onto the mold for shaping.
Set the heat-press temperatures:
Upper plate: 180°C
Lower plate: 110°C
Press for 15 seconds to achieve a clean and stable Embossed Silicone 3D effect.
