Printing process

Screen board No.1

1.Under coating:use crossing linker 360Z-3X with 5% catalyst 866B-2 to under coat two times(each time 130℃,15-20 seconds bake the ink to dry then go on)

Screen board No.1

2.Transparent layer:use round silicone 866A-2Y(or HD silicone 866AH) with 2% catalyst 866B-2,10% thinner 128AH to print 4-6 times(each time 130℃,15-20 seconds bake the ink to dry then go on)

3.Color layer:use round silicone 866A-2Y(or HD silicone 866AH) with 2% catalyst 866B-2,10% thinner 128AH,10% purple pigment XG-401,10% chameleon powder to print 3-4 times(each time 130℃,15-20 seconds bake the ink to dry then go on)

4.Color layer:use round silicone 866A-2Y(or HD silicone 866AH) with 2% catalyst 866B-2,10% thinner 128AH,10% orange pigment XG-200 to print 3-4 times(each time 130℃,15-20 seconds bake the ink to dry then go on)
