The dipping process:
1.Use round silicone XG-20S with 10% slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1,200% silicone thinner XG-128A,10% black pigment XG-501 to dip rope twice(room temperature,wait for one hour until ink become dry then go on)
Note:the drying speed could be adjusted based on temperature or through changing different catalyst and using baking device
2.Use round silicone XG-20S with 10% slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1,200% silicone thinner XG-128A,10% fluorescent green pigment XG-140 to dip rope twice(room temperature,wait for one hour until ink become dry then go on)
3.Use glossy silicone XG-399-2 with 10% slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1,50% silicone thinner XG-128A to dip rope once(room temperature,wait for one hour until ink become dry then go on)
