Printing process:
1.Based coating:Most of fabric no need to under coat,but some fabric like water proof fabric,nylon fabric,Pu fabric need to under coat by XGS-1000A and 5% XGS-1000B to print 2-3 times
2.Transparent layer printing:Use HD inks XGS-666 with 5% XGS-399 to print morn than 5 times
3.Color layer printing:Use any color ink with 5% XGS-399 to print certain thickness of color layer
4.Varnish layer:Use skin feeling matte XGS-100M or glossy XGS-110 with 5% XGS-399 to print 2 times
5.Yellowing resistant layer:Use yellowing resistant transparent XGS-110UV or yellowing resistant white XGS-102UV with 5% XGS-399 to print 2 times
Storage:
Place in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35℃, do not expose to the sun.
Storage time: 12 months
