1. Surface treatment of mold seed: before making silicone mold products, the mold seed surface should be treated (for example, apply detergent, which must be wiped evenly with cotton cloth). In the case of food grade resin mold, if there is mold adhesion, it is necessary to bubble the mold with detergent.
2. Spray release agent: if you are worried about sticking to the mold, spray release agent or brush Vaseline release agent on the product before mold inversion, but dry it with air and then pour silica gel.
Every customer has a difficult situation to take off the mold is different! Therefore, it is necessary to analyze why die sticking occurs according to the customer's operation!
