Printing process:
1.Under coating:use HD silicone XG-866NYR+ with 2% catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH to printing 2-4 times(two strikes each time,each time 120-160℃ to bake ink to dry then go on)
2.Red color layer:use HD silicone XG-866NYR+ with 2% catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,10% red pigment XG-302 to printing 4-6 times(two strikes each time,each time 120-160℃ to bake ink to dry then go on)
3.Black color layer:use HD silicone XG-866NYR+ with 2% catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,10% black pigment XG-501 to printing 4-6 times(two strikes each time,each time 120-160℃ to bake ink to dry then go on)
4.Top coating:use skin feel matte silicone XG-866M-6+ with 2% catalyst XG-866B-2 to print 2 times(two strikes each time,each time 120-160℃ to bake ink to dry)
